Please scroll down the page for more pictures.
The saucer is thinly potted & is painted with a floral pattern in underglaze blue, with trailing plants & a central medallion.
The underside is unmarked & is typical bow, with a typical wedge shaped footrim & biscuit coloured, glaze free edge.
The Pattern in a dark underglaze blue is of trailing plants with a central medallion.
There are a number of very small abbrations to the rim. The footrim is typically Bow.
Overall this early Bow saucer is in very good condition with only a few very minor rim abbrations, it would compliment any collection of early English porcelain. |
